1995
I studied as an illustrator at Falmouth University and developed an excitement for working digitally; this quickly transitioned into wanting to publish my work online.
2000
My 22-year-old self registered bloomindesign.com thinking it was a funny pun on my name, it somehow it stuck :)
2001
I cut my teeth in various design studios and advertising agencies before deciding to start bloomindesign a successful website business on the Isle of Man.
2009
A Sydney adventure then happened!
For 7 years, I worked and consulted as a UX Designer for large institutions, including Macquarie Bank, Australian government department "FACS" and many more. This lead to being headhunted by Atlassian, Australia's largest, most successful tech company, employed as a Senior UX Designer.
2016
The call of my childhood home brought myself and bloomindesign back to the Isle of Man, and the rest is history and today!
2017
Discovered Webflow and never looked back.
Started getting seriously into learning more nocode tools.
The nocode tools and community is awesome!
2021
Got married and became a very proud dad!
2022
Became an active member of the Webflow / Finsweet community.
Today
I have a love of craft beers and good coffee, so let's have a coffee and talk websites and UX best practices!
